As a result of the first open call, MINE.THE.GAP funds 14 projects that will work on innovative solutions and synergies between raw materials mining SMEs and providers from the fields of ICT, Circular Economy, Resources Efficiency, and Advanced Manufacturing. These new MINE.THE.GAP projects tackle different challenges that the mining sector has to face, and they will run between 9 and 12 months.

The companies behind the projects collaborate in teams of two or three, and they come from different European countries, making the collaboration international. They will be supported in the implementation of their projects by a mentor from the MINE.THE.GAP consortium.
